Cancellation Policy

Crazy Mistake – Booking Policy 1. Booking Confirmation A booking is considered confirmed once the agreed fee date time location and performance details are confirmed in writing via email or message. Crazy Mistake reserves the right to decline bookings that are not confirmed in writing. 2. Fees and Payment Fees are agreed at the time of booking and are based on performance length location and any additional requirements. Unless otherwise agreed payment is due on the day of the performance by cash bank transfer or other agreed method. Any additional performance time requested on the day will be charged at the agreed hourly rate. 3. Cancellations by the Client If the client cancels the booking less than 7 days before the event Crazy Mistake reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed booking fee. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged the full fee unless otherwise agreed. 4. Cancellations by Crazy Mistake In the unlikely event Crazy Mistake must cancel due to illness emergency or circumstances beyond our control the client will be notified as soon as possible. Any payments made will be refunded and Crazy Mistake will assist where possible to recommend an alternative act. 5. Performance Requirements The client is responsible for providing safe access to the performance area adequate power and weather protection for outdoor events. Crazy Mistake reserves the right to delay or cease performance if conditions are unsafe including extreme weather or electrical hazards. 6. Sound and Equipment Unless otherwise agreed Crazy Mistake provides basic performance equipment. Any additional sound lighting or technical requirements must be discussed and confirmed prior to the event. 7. Set Times and Breaks Set length and break times will be agreed prior to the event. Any changes on the day are subject to band approval and may incur additional charges. 8. Behaviour and Safety Abusive threatening or unsafe behaviour towards band members will not be tolerated. Crazy Mistake reserves the right to stop the performance without refund if safety is compromised. 9. Promotion and Recording Crazy Mistake may use photos or short video clips from performances for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in advance. Clients and guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use. 10. Acceptance of Policy By confirming a booking the client agrees to this booking policy.
